These policies are written for transparency and operational readiness. Have them reviewed by qualified legal counsel before relying on them as final legal advice.

Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Painkiller Software websites, products, and tools. By using the service, creating an account, submitting content, or starting billing, you agree to these terms.

If you use the service for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Services

Painkiller Software provides practical web tools, including LinkedIn Likers Extractor, AI Document Q&A, Simple ERP, account features, support forms, and related functionality.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features as products evolve, including free, beta, premium, or private-access features.

Accounts and Access

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
  • Feature access may depend on authentication status, plan tier, product availability, and backend access controls.
  • We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is misused, insecure, unlawful, or harmful to the service or other users.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful, authorized, and professional purposes.

  • Do not violate applicable law, third-party rights, platform terms, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights.
  • Do not submit content you do not have permission to process through the service.
  • Do not use the service for spam, scraping abuse, harassment, surveillance, discrimination, fraud, malware, security testing without authorization, or unlawful data collection.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, feature gates, rate limits, payment controls, or security protections.
  • Do not interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the website, APIs, infrastructure, or other users.

Third-Party Platforms

The service may interact with or reference third-party platforms and providers, including LinkedIn, Google, Stripe, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. Your use of those platforms may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Painkiller Software is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

User Content and Data

You retain ownership of the documents, ERP records, URLs, feedback, and other content you submit. You grant Painkiller Software a limited permission to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights associated with user content. Do not upload confidential, regulated, sensitive, or third-party data unless you have authority and are comfortable processing it through the service.

AI and Generated Outputs

AI Document Q&A and similar features may generate incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected outputs. Outputs should be reviewed by a qualified person before use in business, legal, medical, financial, compliance, or safety-sensitive decisions.

Source snippets and citations are provided to help users verify answers, but they do not guarantee correctness.

Billing and Paid Features

Some features may require payment, premium access, or a subscription. Billing flows may be handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Prices, renewal terms, trial terms, taxes, refunds, cancellations, and plan limits may be shown at checkout or inside the account workflow. If there is a conflict between these terms and checkout-specific terms, the checkout-specific terms apply to that purchase.

Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the service useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific uptime, permanent storage, or compatibility with every browser, platform, file, or workflow.

We may perform maintenance, update features, change access rules, or discontinue parts of the service with or without notice where permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

The website, software, interface, branding, design, code, and documentation are owned by Painkiller Software or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for rights expressly granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the service unless authorized in writing.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Painkiller Software disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.

You are responsible for validating outputs, exports, bills, reports, and business records before relying on them.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Painkiller Software will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Painkiller Software for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000 if you did not pay for the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay required fees, or use the service unlawfully.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, user responsibilities, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

Governing Law

Unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in India will have jurisdiction where permitted by applicable law.

If your business is registered elsewhere or you require a different jurisdiction, update this section before launch after legal review.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms as products, pricing, legal requirements, or business operations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
